About The Position

JT’s Pizza & Pub is seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Servers to join its front-of-house team at locations in Worthington, Grandview, and Dublin. The locally owned restaurant emphasizes community, warm hospitality, great food, and a lively atmosphere. Servers help guests feel welcome and deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The advertised pay, including tips, is $20.00–$40.00+ per hour. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service.
• Experience in restaurants, nightclubs, or fast-paced dining environments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team while maintaining high service standards.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems.
• Cash-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, following culinary standards.
