About The Position

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct and meet quality standards.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
  • Handle guest payments and provide accurate change or process electronic transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
