About The Position
Clarendale of Mokena, managed by Life Care Services, offers extraordinary impressions and a work-life balance that’s truly rewarding. Our creative, energetic and friendly team is passionate about working with seniors and their families. We are seeking a part-time or full-time Server responsible for using proper serving etiquette and promoting an inviting dining atmosphere. No late nights! Shifts include part-time evenings 3:30-7:30 with weekend availability. Starting at $15/hr.
Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
- Experience in food service work preferred
- Experience in working with seniors preferred
Responsibilities
- Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously.
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
