Requirements

2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
Valid RBS Card
Reliable transportation
Aged 18+
A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!

Responsibilities

Maintain seamless table service
Use deep beverage knowledge to guide the guest experience
Ensure every detail—from the first pour to the final crumb—is perfect
