About The Position

The Server is responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and handling guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
Anticipate guest needs, provide refills, and respond to requests.
Suggest additional menu items like appetizers, desserts, or drink specials.
Present checks, process payments (cash, credit cards, gift cards), and handle change/receipts.
Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables after guests leave.
Address guest concerns and complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers for smooth operations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
