About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, creating experiences that inspire through food, service, and spirit, rooted in sustainability, thoughtful hospitality, and genuine connection. They are opening a new location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026 and are seeking experienced, guest-focused Servers to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys connecting guests with great food and beverages.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a high-volume or guest-facing service role
Working knowledge of dining room service standards and procedures
Valid Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Permit (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

Providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service
Guiding guests through the menu, including sushi, beverages, and specials
Collaborating with teammates to ensure timely and consistent service
Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
