About The Position
The Server provides legendary hospitality and an exceptional dining experience to Guests at Ruth’s Chris. The role involves welcoming Guests, helping them navigate the menu, taking and delivering orders accurately and promptly, and ensuring service meets the restaurant’s standards. Servers communicate with Guests and team members, prioritize the Guest experience, and remain composed while resolving problems. Pay varies by location and includes tips.
Responsibilities
- Greet Guests promptly and guide them through the menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality.
- Provide friendly, attentive service that helps Guests feel well cared for and encourages them to return.
- Accurately record food orders and ensure each Guest receives meals prepared to their specifications.
- Ensure food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth’s Chris standards.
- Prioritize the Guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with Guests and team members.
- Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
