About The Position

As a Server, you are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests providing a high level of customer service to each guest. You will create memorable experiences by delivering attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• California Food Handlers Certificate (completion at time of hire)
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate (completion at time of hire)

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Greet guests and handing out menus
• Explain menu items, specials, and making recommendations
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system
• Promptly serving food and beverages accurately and timely to ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor guest satisfaction and addressing requests
• Process payments and handling transactions
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service
• Set up and break down of service area for the shift
• Support Banquets in server duties as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Other duties as assigned
