About The Position

Ansley Golf Club is seeking a Part-Time Server to facilitate a superior dining experience for its Members and their guests. The server will be responsible for assembling, serving, and delivering food and beverage items using appropriate safety and sanitation methods, while adhering to the highest standards of professional etiquette. This role involves working in the Ansley Room and/or the 1912 Grill.

Requirements

1 year serving experience.

Responsibilities

Adheres to uniform standards while on property.
Reports to duty as scheduled and checks in with the Dining Room or Clubhouse Manager on Duty.
Cleans equipment and service area as prescribed by side work sheets at the beginning and end of shift.
Checks and cleans all front of the house dining areas prior to meal service times.
Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and neatness in front of the house dining areas.
Stocks and maintains all supplies needed for shift, reporting shortages to the Manager on Duty.
Memorizes daily Food and Beverage specials.
Greets Members in a warm and friendly manner within 1 minute of arrival.
Informs Members of specials and is knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.
Takes Food and Beverage orders and inputs them into the POS system.
Delivers Food, clears un-needed items from tables, refills beverages, and checks on dining Members frequently.
Presents checks for signature and maintains accurate member checks, turning them in to the Manager on Duty at the end of each shift.
Resets tables.
Assists co-workers with Member service, understanding that serving Members is a "section-less" job.
Consistently maintains and expands food and beverage knowledge, specifically related to Club Menus and Offerings.
