Serves food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner while ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role involves anticipating customer needs, offering assistance and advice, and maintaining a high level of service. The Server is responsible for table setup, side work, closing duties, and possessing extensive knowledge of the menu and wine list. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards, accurate computation of checks, operation of the POS system, and payment processing. The Server must also be aware of potential hazards and report them immediately, arrive on time in full uniform, and attend pre-shift meetings. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Shift Manager.
