About The Position

Chula Seafood Uptown is seeking energetic, food-loving Fish-Tenders to join their crew and help create an exceptional guest experience every shift. This is a high-end, counter-style, quick-service restaurant and fish market where guests order from the menu or the fresh fish case, and then are seated while the food is brought to them. As a Fish-Tender, you will manage the register and food running, while maintaining excellent flow, warm energy, and clean execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and wants to grow with a company that is dedicated to serving seafood correctly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of serving or bartending experience required
• Solid money-handling skills
• Solid multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable with opening + closing duties
• Great attitude
• Team-first mentality
• Guest-focused mindset
