About The Position

IHOP Servers provide excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience. They greet customers, take orders, and serve meals. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. This is not an all-inclusive job description.
