Requirements
- Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you’ll excel here!).
- Outgoing, reliable, positive, and passionate about giving great customer service.
- Strong communication, cash-handling precision, and the stamina to stay active on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, attentive, and genuine hospitality to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Walk guests through our interactive food line, recommend signature sauces, and pair meal options.
- Keep drinks full, tables pre-bussed, and payments processed quickly to maximize guest satisfaction and tip volume.
- Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours.
