About The Position

Hiring full-time servers with a minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment. Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays (Non-negotiable). This position could lead to a Lead Server position with an hourly increase based on performance, skill, positive attitude, and dedication.

Requirements

• Minimum of one or more year's experience in a full-service restaurant, similar Senior Community atmosphere, or Country Club environment.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends and holidays.
• High school graduate or equivalent (not necessary).
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs to shoulder height.
• Must be able to push 200 lbs on a cart with casters.
• Successfully passing an in-house background and drug screen test.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
• Handle resident and guest inquiries and requests.
• Work cooperatively with other associates.
