About The Position

As a Miller & Lux Server, you will be part of an elevated dining experience that blends timeless steakhouse tradition with the warmth and intuitive service of Four Seasons. In partnership with acclaimed chef Tyler Florence, Miller & Lux offers a sophisticated atmosphere featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, and a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by the bounty of Hawai‘i Island. This is a refined, high-touch environment where attention to detail, product knowledge, and confidence in service are essential. You will guide guests through an exceptional dining journey—from menu selection to wine pairings—while creating meaningful connections that enhance each experience. As an ambassador of the Four Seasons brand, you will deliver polished, anticipatory service and contribute to a dining experience defined by quality, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality.

Requirements

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant serving experience, preferably in a luxury, fine dining, or high-volume upscale restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, with a passion for continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine guest connections
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presence and a commitment to delivering refined, polished service
  • A collaborative mindset and dedication to team success

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service in a refined, high-touch dining environment
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, including steaks, seafood, preparation methods, and wine pairings
  • Confidently guide guests through the dining experience with thoughtful, personalized recommendations
  • Maintain precise timing, attention to detail, and strong awareness of the overall dining flow
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless and elevated service
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care
  • Uphold Four Seasons service standards and contribute to a cohesive team environment
