About The Position

Our Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction including taking food and beverage orders and serving them to Guests in the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who embody 'The Maggiano's Way,' which emphasizes bringing people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. Maggiano's Little Italy is a part of Brinker International, a company known for good food, good times, and great places to work, offering a slice of Italian American tradition.

Requirements

• Ability to hoist heavy plates of Mom's Lasagna
• Ability to stay upbeat and put everyone else ahead of ourselves

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Maitre D', Server, Foodrunner, Busser, Carry Out and Delivery Supervisor, Host/Hostess or Bartender
