About The Position
K38 Baja Grill, part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, has been serving up fresh Baja-inspired flavors and an energetic dining experience for over 30 years. We’re opening our newest K38 to Cary, in mid-to-late July 2026 –and we’re looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our opening team.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and efficient under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent guest service with a warm and positive attitude
- Take orders, answer menu questions, and recommend items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness when entering orders and serving food and drinks
- Handle payments and transactions with care and accuracy
- Work closely with the front and back-of-house teams to create smooth, memorable service
