About The Position
To serve the guests food, drinks, and snacks. Shall represent the club in a professional and exemplary manner and promote the success of the club to guests, staff, and any other parties. Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye. Responsible for serving the guest's food, drinks, and snacks while providing exemplary service. Must demonstrate fiscal responsibility by providing proper change to guests and accurately completing end-of-shift paperwork. Complete all side work and maintain par levels of condiments and paper products in work areas. Coordinate with the kitchen and servers’ daily events and specials. Provide the type of service that exceeds guest's expectations.
Requirements
- Must have a Food Service worker license.
- Must fully understand the POS system and all related programs.
- Hold yourself, your supervisors, and your co-workers to the highest standards.
- Work together with management to establish an environment in which everyone is informed and involved.
- Know the menu and bar drinks, including, pricing and ingredients.
