About The Position
Pasta Ramen is hiring Servers to join their team. Pasta Ramen is a new concept located in Montclair, New Jersey, that offers a fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine called Wafu Italian. It is described as the first-ever Italian ramen shop, blending meticulous techniques and deep flavors for an umami-rich taste, reminiscent of an Italian grandmother's rustic cooking. The restaurant invites individuals to join them on this exciting new journey.
Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in a high volume restaurant as a Server.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all members of the team.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with your team.
- Ability to follow direction, and listen to constructive feedback.
- Maintain proper hygiene.
- Possess a hospitable attitude and desire to help others.
