About The Position
GenCare Lifestyle @ The Ballard Landmark is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living community and a U.S. News & World Report Best Assisted Living award winner. They are looking for talented and passionate Servers to join their exceptional Culinary Team. The company is redefining senior living dining and is the only fully Gluten-Free accredited Senior Housing Community in the U.S. They emphasize creativity, quality, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Minimum of sixteen (16) years or age
- High School graduate or equivalent, helpful.
- Minimum fulfillment with criminal background checks every two (2) years and thereafter.
- Ability and desire to work well with people of all ages, especially seniors.
- Required to read, write, and speak the English language fluently with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- All offers are contingent upon passing a background check, reference check, and meeting employment documentation requirements.
