As a Server, you will provide food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families and guests. This position maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas. Requirements
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in food service work preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families and guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas.
- Exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
- Take orders, provide service, and fulfill requested items graciously and courteously.
- Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette.
- Promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
