About The Position

The Server takes meal and drink orders and serves meals to residents and guests in a friendly and timely manner. The role helps ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals, maintains knowledge of specials and food items, and keeps side stations and dining areas clean and organized. The Server follows cleaning schedules, safety and loss-prevention procedures, and dining-room setup and service standards. Flexible hours, including weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of specials and general descriptions of food items.
• Maintain side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
