About The Position

As a Server in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your primary objective is to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring customer satisfaction from the moment they are seated until they leave. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests.
• Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
