About The Position

Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking servers to work in the Upscale Casual Dining area of the club. This is the perfect opportunity for individuals to obtain experience in a fun and energetic environment. This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and their guests, as well as the setup and breakdown of service for regular operations and special events. Our beautiful, 105-acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a fitness center, a casual restaurant, an aquatics complex, and a full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting, and The Reef youth lounge.

Requirements

• 18+ preferred but not required
• Prior experience preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Works well with others and understands the importance of teamwork
• Provides professional and attentive service to all club members and their guests
• Able to learn our menu and daily specials and is capable of providing answers to any questions from members
• Must have great communication skills and attention to detail
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper and more!
