Join our team aboard our scenic passenger vessel and deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality service with amazing skyline views. This is not your typical serving job. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous high-volume restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude.
• Must meet minimum state age requirements.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately.
• Provide menu recommendations and information about onboard entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere for guests.
• Set up and maintain dining areas and service stations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas while supporting the team.
