Requirements
- Must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
Responsibilities
- Sets up tables in the dining room for meals or catered events
- Clears and reset tables during and after meal service
- Serves food and beverages to residents and guests following proper dining room procedures
- Completes opening and/or closing side work duties in a timely manner
- Assembles and delivers trays and "to-go" meals
- Checks and attends to scheduled catering events
- Assist with Host/Hostess duties
- Informs Dining Room Supervisor of any problems
- Responsible for minimal food preparation and catering services
- Able to perform tray service
