Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and consistent service to all guests throughout the entirety of their dining experience
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects our hospitality standards
  • Demonstrate a "say yes" mindset by finding thoughtful solutions to accommodate guest requests
  • Guide guests through the menu by presenting specials, recommending food and beverage pairings, and offering informed suggestions
  • Accurately take and input orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a strong understanding of menu ingredients, including the ability to communicate common allergens from memory
  • Ensure all dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen
  • Continuously observe and manage the dining experience to ensure each guest interaction exceeds expectations
