About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

- Prior experience is a plus.
