About The Position
Monarch Landing is Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, conveniently located near Route 59 & Interstate 88. We are actively looking for a hospitality-minded Server, to join our growing team! We are looking for a part-time server. If you enjoy serving others and have a strong interest in working with Seniors then this opportunity is for you. We especially need weekend servers.
Requirements
- Hospitality-minded.
- Strong interest in working with Seniors.
- Ability to work part-time, specifically weekends.
- Must be available for weekend shifts: Fridays & Saturdays from 3:30pm-7:30pm and Sundays from 10:30am-2:30pm.
Nice To Haves
- Previous serving experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to residents and guests.
- Ensure resident satisfaction with dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
