About The Position
Salina Country Club is seeking friendly and professional Servers to join our team. The Server will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests by delivering high-quality service with attention to detail. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or club environment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while accurately and efficiently delivering exemplary service to dining members
- Assist in set up and break down of dining areas for special events
- Address any member or guest request or concern promptly and courteously
