About The Position

Casa Blanca, located inside Casa de Montecristo by JR Cigar, is looking for a Server. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a bar/restaurant setting and be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in bar/restaurant.
• Available to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends and some Holidays.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitress experience.
• Customer-oriented approach and patience.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
• Excellent people skills.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entry.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Promote dedication from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
