About The Position

Marbled & Fin is expanding from its Charleston roots to downtown Savannah, opening its second location. As part of The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio, Marbled & Fin offers a vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, creating a lively yet polished setting. The restaurant will feature premium cuts of beef, high-quality seafood, an expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection. This is an opportunity to be part of bringing an exciting new restaurant to Savannah.

Requirements

Experienced in a fine dining environment (minimum 2+ year preferred)
An exemplary understanding of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
Comfortable navigating an extensive wine and spirits list
Detail-oriented, clean, working proactively with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Must have a passion for hospitality and a desire to facilitate memorable experiences for our guests
Confident, engaging, and enjoys sharing their knowledge of food and beverage with others

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
