About The Position
Wohali Golf Course, located in Coalville, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position that will last 6 months or less.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; equipment manuals may be in English).
- Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
- Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities
- Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
- Provides immediate attention to all Guests upon seating.
- Describes specials of the day to Guests; answers questions regarding menu items and offers suggestions when appropriate.
- Takes food and beverage orders from Guests and delivers food promptly after preparation.
- Follows up with Guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
- Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
- Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
- Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
- Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
