About The Position

Sugarbush Resort is seeking outgoing and friendly Servers to join their Food and Beverage team. This is a part-time seasonal position that requires availability through October, including weekends and holidays. The role involves serving guests, performing side work, managing cash out and paperwork, and adhering to VT State Liquor Laws. Servers will also provide information to guests about the resort.

Requirements

Prior F&B experience, preferably as a server.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn all, applicable state laws, health and safety standards regarding food and beverage.
Desire and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to carry food and drink trays.
Must attend VT Liquor Control seminars.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift.
Some outdoor work may be required.
Reliable attendance is essential.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Serve guests in a friendly and prompt manner, with a pleasant and helpful attitude.
Perform all side work necessary.
Perform daily cash out and paperwork.
Abide by all VT State Liquor Laws.
Provide information to guests by being knowledgeable of the resort.
