The Hungry Tarpon Restaurant at Robbie's Marina is searching for energetic and friendly Servers to join their fantastic waterfront team. They are a beloved Islamorada landmark, famous for their incredible ocean views, laid-back tropical atmosphere, and unforgettable dining experiences under the stars. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, great food, and working in paradise.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume restaurant or casual dining setting is a big plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.
You can juggle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail ensures orders are accurate and service is top-notch.
You love working as part of a crew and supporting your colleagues.
You bring a great attitude and enthusiasm to every shift.
Willingness to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Islamorada, FL, or within a 30-minute radius.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, seat them comfortably, and introduce them to our exciting menu.
Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering menu questions.
Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and beautifully to the correct tables, checking in to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and happy diners.
Handle any guest inquiries, special requests, or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Share your local knowledge and enthusiasm for the unique "Keys Life" that makes Robbie's so special.
Ensure tables remain presentable during service and assist with light tidying as needed to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
