The Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, working in the restaurant to support seamless service and elevate the overall guest experience. The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service from start to finish by demonstrating strong menu knowledge, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring each interaction feels personalized and professional. This position plays a vital role in upholding service standards, maintaining smooth operations, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. The restaurant embodies all Four Seasons cultural standards while operating under the “Ramsay Standard,” with an emphasis on professionalism and excellence expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
