About The Position

Laurel Parc is seeking friendly and efficient full-time and part-time Servers to deliver delicious food and beverages to residents and families in their upscale senior living community. The role offers flexible hours, no late nights, and training will be provided. The position requires the ability to use computer/smartphone applications, comprehend written documents, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

Basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company system purposes.
Ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
16+ years old.

Responsibilities

Serve resident meals and provide personable service by explaining the menu, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
Receive & promptly ring in orders.
Serve beverages and food items while providing excellent customer service.
Assist residents & provide courteous and respectful service.
