About The Position

40North Group is seeking a friendly, experienced Server to provide exceptional guest service and create memorable dining experiences at Steelworks Wind Creek Casino in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role involves serving guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment and working closely with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service and customer satisfaction. Previous server experience is preferred but not required.

• Recommend and upsell menu items based on guests’ preferences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to support smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow safety and health regulations, including proper food and beverage handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
