About The Position

Marriott Syracuse Downtown seeks a Part Time Server in Shaughnessy's Pub to greet and serve guests according to standards. Requirements

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties.
• Be a team player.
• Understand and believe that every Crescent associate is a guest relations ambassador, every working minute of every day.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up and side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
