About The Position
The Server is responsible for the efficient food & beverage service of the dining room and/or lounge on a shift by shift basis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years server experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak clearly and accurately in English.
- Possess Food Handlers certificate and BASSET license.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining a consistently smooth-running operation.
- Expedite food orders, checking for accuracy and presentation.
- Monitor and critique food quality and service levels.
- Check daily boards for team side work assignments and special instructions.
- Pick up reservations.
- Prepare dining room & lounge tables for service.
- Processing guests checks and billing through the Quad P.O.S system.
- Demonstrate full compliance with the dining room & lounge STO’s and other Benchmark F&B service standards.
- Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Help out in other areas of food and beverage as needed.
- Assist the Manager in training team members.
- Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
- Cleans and organizes the work area.
