About The Position

Santikos is looking for Servers to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding food and beverage service at our Silverado location. This role involves providing a friendly, interactive guest experience through ordering and serving in theater dining and entertainment settings. The server will possess full knowledge of menu items, accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders, and verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age. Collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food orders and maintaining the highest level of attention to guest requests are key. The role also includes keeping the dining area clean and sanitized, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
A current TABC license preferred - but we can help provide the certification if you aren’t certified yet
Flexibility with scheduling
Great can-do attitude and willingness to make a guest happy with service
Awesome verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in and collaborate with the theater team
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!

Nice To Haves
