Requirements

Previous serving experience in an upscale or luxury restaurant environment preferred
Passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards preferred
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced dining environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly throughout the restaurant as needed
Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced service environment

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests during service
Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm
Demonstrate a strong understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings
Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the culinary team
Ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly and presented according to restaurant standards
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service throughout the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table presentation within assigned sections
Collaborate closely with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service execution
Handle guest concerns or special requests with urgency, professionalism, and care
Assist with opening, side work, and closing responsibilities as assigned
Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
