About The Position

Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Greet guests and prepare and serve drinks according to HEI Hotels and Resorts beverage service standards. Follow applicable State, Federal, and Corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages, and follow established cash-handling and bank-operating procedures. Prepare the station before opening and closing each shift and complete assigned side work. Maintain regular attendance and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Hotel experience is preferred. The role requires effective working relationships and communication with associates, customers, and patrons; the ability to use a point-of-service computer; and full knowledge of state liquor laws. It also requires repeatedly transporting trays weighing up to 30 pounds through a crowded room throughout a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
