About The Position

IHOP Servers provide excellent customer service and a high-quality dining experience. They greet customers, take orders, and serve them. Servers may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The job requires standing for up to eight hours during a shift, the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. The listed duties are not all-inclusive.
