About The Position

Server Provide exceptional guest service to hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Ability to provide exceptional guest service consistently.
• Ability to write orders or take orders by memory.
• Strong communication skills and active listening.
• Ability to use POS and basic computer applications.
• Availability on weekends, holidays, overtime, or alternating shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, eye contact, and friendly greeting.
• Maintain knowledge of menu prices, specials, and food items.
• Take guest orders and relay to kitchen; serve food promptly.
• Observe guests and assist with additional requests.
• Follow approved cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Perform duties of a busperson as needed during shifts.
• Complete assigned side work and closing duties.
• Use guest recovery methods to resolve complaints.
• Prepare deposits and end-of-shift reports (if applicable).
• Report safety or security issues immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
