About The Position

Shell Point is seeking a friendly and dependable Server to provide courteous, efficient, and sanitary service to residents, guests, and staff while upholding our mission of caring, serving, and satisfying. Responsibilities include taking and processing orders, handling cash and meal transactions, explaining menu items and charges, delivering food promptly, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. The Server will maintain clean, organized, and sanitary dining and work areas, follow food safety and service standards, attend pre-service meetings, and complete assigned cleaning and side work. Strong customer service and communication skills are required. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing position.
