About The Position

Our club in Midtown, Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a dining room Server. You quickly review the setup of your tables. Having a great eye for details, you also maintain your area, as required. You provide outstanding food and beverage service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate service to all who have a need. You are careful to keep your dining room and service pantry clean and organized. Taking pride in your areas, you are conscientious about adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (to serve alcohol)
• Some High School attendance; Diploma or GED preferred
• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills
• Some comparable wait-service experience
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 40 lbs.
• Organized and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Able to establish a good rapport with people
• Patient and even-tempered
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active listener with effective communication skills
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work experiences are highly desirable
