About The Position

Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen. Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly. Use upselling skills to recommend specials, combos, and popular menu items. Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections. Offer confident menu recommendations based on guest preferences. Invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program, explaining benefits such as exclusive offers, birthday treats, and earning points toward free meals. Maintain a clean, organized dining room. Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital). Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
• Basic math and cash-handling skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
