About The Position

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and drinks accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position serves as a key representative of the organization, maintaining high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately take and enter guest orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
Prepare and process guest checks and payments accurately.
Assist with table setup, cleaning, and resetting according to company standards.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in training as required.
Perform side work and other duties as assigned.
