Requirements
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, with wine and beverage knowledge considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, wine selections, and cocktail features to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders while ensuring timely and efficient service throughout the dining experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating needs, responding promptly to requests, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections while following all company, health, and safety standards.
